Our Mobile store offers free shipping on orders above ₹5000. For orders within a 15km radius, customers will receive their purchase on the same day of purchase. Return & Exchange Policy
Our Return & Exchange Policy allows customers to return or exchange mobile devices within 14 days of their purchase. Customers must provide proof of purchase and all original packaging and accessories to be eligible for a return or exchange. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility. Customers may be subject to a restocking fee for certain items. All returns and exchanges must be approved by our customer service team before processing.
